Michael also provides full glam before shows, preps backstage essentials, and captures behind-the-scenes moments for fans. He occasionally joins the band on stage dressed as the Rock Lobster.

Matt Harris is a decorated talent & data driven a&r and artist manager, with a proven track record of signing & developing a-list songwriters, producers, and recording artists. Matt recently exited as Senior Director of A&R Research at Warner Records & Second Estate Records, to start and run his own A&R Consulting & Artist Management Firm: Hideaway Music Group (HMG).

HMG is an independent a&r consulting firm & artist management company that currently manages artists & contracts as a consultant for the a&r teams at: 300 Entertainment, Atlantic Records, 10K Projects, Warner Records, Republic Records, Mercury Records, Def Jam Records, and Big Machine Label Group.

Matt graduated from �鶹ӰԺ 6 years ago in 2019, after transferring from CU Boulder in Colorado. Matt attended 3 years at �鶹ӰԺ, where he managed artists the entire time while simultaneously taking classes, eventually leading to dean’s list, and receiving the opportunity to intern at Universal Music Groups, Republic Records. At Republic Matt got to meet some of the best in the biz and worked on the teams for Drake & Ariana Grande.

Post-graduation, Matt went on to work full time first as an executive assistant at ViacomCBS, before leaving to work as an a&r assistant at Commission Records. At Commission Matt got to work with artists and on projects for MadeinTYO, Lil Dicky, Derez DeShon, 24Hrs, Big Havi, and producer Powers Pleasant.

Post Commission Records, Matt went on to work full time for the next 4 years at MLM Publishing (Missing Link Music) as an a&r coordinator, where he eventually rose to head of a&r, after signing 110+ commercially successful songwriters, producers, and artists to the MLM publishing roster. Some of these creatives went on to receive RIAA gold & platinum certifications for newly certified works by Young Thug, Kodak Black, Pooh Shiesty, A$AP Ferg, Pop Smoke, Yeat, Polo G, DJ Khalid, BigXthaplug, Jelly Roll, Derez De’Shon, Summer Walker, & NBA Youngboy.

After 4 years at MLM, Matt eventually left the publishing world to join the major label side of the business, joining as an a&r director at Warner Records. At Warner Records, Matt lead the a&r team at the Warner join venture label, Second Estate Records, where he helped to sign artists, and worked with artists such as 2Rare, LG Malique, Kill Dyll, and Nobu Woods. Matt spent several years working with Warner exclusively before ultimately leaving to build HMG, allowing him to now consult for an array of the worlds leading music companies & major record labels, while also being able to manage his own roster of budding superstars & riaa gold & platinum creatives via Hideaway Music Group. (Current mgmt roster includes: Zeke Pujols).

Jacob is a 2019 graduate of �鶹ӰԺ who has been working at the Patchogue Theatre as a monitor engineer, front-of-house engineer, and stagehand since 2021. He has also worked as a recording, mixing, and mastering engineer at Quad Studios, Definition 6, and Key & Needle Studios in NYC. Jacob has been writing and producing his own music as well under the pseudonym ‘Memory Set’ since 2013, while also producing and engineering music for various other artists.

Marc Bauman graduated from �鶹ӰԺ in 2008 with a B.P.S. in Business Management, Audio Recording Technology. Graduating Magna Cum Laude, he learned the business of the music industry while specializing in sound engineering.

Presently, Marc is the Owner and Chief Engineer of House Recording Studios, which he opened in 2010. The commercial audio recording and mixing facility does everything from rock to hip-hop, sound for TV and radio, audio restoration and transfer, songwriting and production, etc. They even host birthday parties at the studio! In addition to operating his beautiful studio, Marc also runs a DJ Entertainment company, performing all over the Metropolitan area at weddings, sweet 16s, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, etc.

Since graduating, Marc has been a Commercial Studio Owner, and has had the opportunity to work with an abundance of talented musicians, not to mention working extensively with well-known companies and professionals such as The A&E Television Network, The New York Islanders, Spike TV, The Long Island Medium, among others.

Tyler Belo graduated from �鶹ӰԺ in 2019 with a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts and a concentration in Musical Theatre. Currently, Tyler is cast as Hercules Mulligan/James Madison in the First National Tour of Hamilton in Philadelphia. Among the other shows he has performed are Moritz in��Spring Awakening, Gabe in��Next to Normal, Georg in��She Loves Me, Man 2 in��World Goes Round, and Horton in��Seussical.

Tyler’s time at �鶹ӰԺ shaped him into the hard working actor he is today. He has been seen around Long Island and New York City in various regional and Off-Broadway shows. Tyler has also appeared in Spring Awakening as Otto at the Argyle Theatre, Father Rob in��Salvations��(The Bridge Theatre), Lead Wickersham in��Seussical The Musical��(The John W. Engeman Theatre), Path in��Emancipation of a Negus��(The Arthur Seelan Theatre; Dir. David Krasner), Benny in��In The Heights��(Cultural Arts Playhouse), and The Lion in��The Wiz.

When Tyler graduated, he received the Theatre Award for the Best All-Around student in the Theatre Arts Division.�� At Commencement, he accompanied Wyclef Jean in a performance of the song, “Maria Maria” that he produced with the group, Santana.

Thanks to �鶹ӰԺ’s Senior Showcase, Tyler now has agent representation and will continue to dazzle audiences around the country.�� Congratulations to Tyler and we wish him the very best!

Akeil Davis graduated from �鶹ӰԺ in 2018 with a B.F.A. Theater Arts with a concentration in Musical Theatre.��Akeil has originated a lead role in a new political musical called Common Ground under the direction of the Woodie King Jr. and four time Audelco Award winning Director, Rajendra Ramoon Maharaj.

In addition to the political theater production, Akeil has also become a member of New York City’s Caribbean Theater Circle, because of his work with Merlina Rich, the Artistic Director of Banana Boat Productions as an actor in an Off-Off Broadway staged reading.

Akeil is frequently called upon as an actor in television shows such as Law & Order SVU, Blue Bloods and Power. Thanks to Five Town College’s Senior Showcase, Akeil now has agent representation.

Dylan Bivings graduated from �鶹ӰԺ in 2018 with a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts and a concentration in Musical Theatre. Dylan is currently understudying and swinging in two Off-Broadway shows FRANKENSTEIN the Musical as Henry Clerval and Wicked City Blues.

Some of his recent credits include Samson the Musical (Raca), The Proust Virus (Thrall), Go My Child (Priest 1/Eliezer), The Night the Music Died (Angelo D’ Aleo), We Will Rock You (Khashoggi), and Evita (Che).

During his time at �鶹ӰԺ, Dylan was fortunate enough to be cast in many productions and various roles that provided important acting and singing opportunities. Among them In the Heights, Spring Awakening, Cabaret, and Company, among many others He continues to study under Dr. David Krasner, Chair of the Theatre Arts Department and appreciates all that he and the rest of the Theatre Department staff has helped him with and helped him achieve in the short time since graduation. Thanks to Five Town’s Senior Showcase, Dylan now has agent representation.

Regina Brownell graduated from �鶹ӰԺ in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and a concentration in Broadcasting.

Regina received a three-book deal from the UK publisher, Bloodhound Books in September of 2021. Her debut novel, a rom-com entitled The Two Week Promise, is out now on Amazon. Her second novel, One Lucky Christmas, is due for release on November 3^rd, and her yet-to-be-named third romantic novel will be published in March 2023.

When Regina’s eldest child was born, she became a stay-at-home mom while pursuing her love of writing. She first began by publishing her work on Wattpad, an online literature platform for reading and writing original stories. Regina later became a mentee to two Wattpad mentorships and is currently a Wattpad Ambassador. Over the years, her writing career has been supported by her husband, three children, and three fur-babies in Long Island, NY.
